Sprint phone company sucks......:(

Our new cell phone was supposed to be here today, but it's not. They're working on the cell phone towers, and we have NO reception in our house, only in the yard. Nobody can call us, either. Apparently Sprint can't even call the store in the mall so we can pick up a new phone, until the other phone is returned. The new phone should get here Tuesday :(

Our cell phone is the house phone. I sure hope we don't have to run outside to call 911 this weekend...

Anyhoo, what's your favorite provider? We need a new one.

I've had a verizon cell phone since I was 13. My family's been using the company for about... wow, almost 30 years. (Father used to travel a lot so he had a phone since I can remember)

Anyway, they may not have the fanciest phones. Lord knows they took a hit when the iPhone came out. But they're one of, if not the first cellular company out there, so you know they're doing something right...

I think we had Verizon before, but I'm hearing good things about At&t.

*waves hands* I have Sprint! I've only had one problem with the service with my previous phone, but otherwise, it's good for me.

If anything, it's the phones themselves that bug out is what annoys me.

We have Sprint & HATE them - nothing but problems. Planning on switching providers too - their customer service is the worst!

Verizon carries the Apple iPhone , and has the broadest network.

AT & T seems to have the most features as far as surf web/talk. It also appears to be the fastest.

This is all from a google, it depends on your location and such.

Sprint keeps coming out last.

I have att - they're a bit expensive, BUT i cannot fault the customer service in anyway.

I feel like everytime I call with a question I get an extra 1000 minutes lol.

We've been looking around too. At&t seems to have some good phones but their plans are more expensive than everyone else.

Right now we have T-mobile. We have been looking around just to see if there are cheaper rates or better deals out there. I'm just tired of getting two year contracts because our phones never seem to last them out...

We've never had problems with T-mobile and their plans seem to be the cheapest for us.

Oh and I've heard that At&t is going to buy out t-mobile so..... lol

at&t would be my first choice if the prices/plans were similar to t-mobile.
