Helpful suggestions needed,,,please

I am getting tired of giving people the benefit of the doubt,
Here is a listing:

I think it is crystal clear what you will receive when you make a purchase, yet I have had quite a few people convo me (confused as to why they only get one, when they order one)
It is getting to the point where I feel it is not an accident and I need to make a change.
I originally did sets and priced accordingly, then had requests for singles,
so what does one do any Ideas Please!

I think it is because you use the plural in your title "Bullet ear plugs ... Bullet plug earrings". It implies that you receive a pair and many customers do not read listings fully. You might remove the plural and emphasize ONE in the title. Good luck.

Yep... take the s off of it. Many customers don't see the descriptions now that it is below the picture.

I agree. I would title it "Single Ear Plug . . . " No one reads the descriptions. ;)

I understand than you want to emphasize "two tone" but I would probably remove that as well. Just having the word "two" in the title might have them confused. And maybe put in the title something that indicates its for ONE.

The problem is that customers just don't read. They just don't!!
