I have added another captain to the team.

I have not check out the team in a couple of months because I have been really really busy getting new products available for upcoming shows.

I will do my best to check this more often.

I will do my best to expand the knowledge base and function of the team. If you have any new ideas or suggestions, let's discuss them, come up with a good plan and hopefully a successful implementation for one and all!!

Mother's Day Sale.....................
Since it is almost Easter how about we do a Mother's Day sale instead!

We can do a little advertising before hand and we can get a larger number of folks into it. The other idea is that we can all use the coupon gig so we can set our sale individually. If we all advertise at least 10% or more then it will be an easy we to get hits!

Ok, I will set up the Forum for everyone to join the Mother's Day Sale!!

If we all set it up as a Woodworkers Team sale it will provide better exposure. My plan is everyone who is in the forum will be part of the sale. Any members who do not have a "for sale coupon discount" will be removed. Sorry but we are advertising those willing to have a coupon discount sale.

Next if we all do just a little outside advertising for the team then it will work better. Even if it is as simple as a cut and paste on facebook.

Lastly, I have permission to create an Alchemy Page here in Woodworker's. My plan is similar to the sale page. Future stakeholders will place a semi ad in the forum. We as Etsian will bid separately to the individual directly. this way the forum stays clear of extra bids (plus we don't need to see the plans others are making and subjectively underbid them).

Lastly, if anyone out there wants to be involved in these- such as helping write out the forum before publishing on the internet. I am definitely willing to have your help and place you as a team leader. Send me a convo and I will reply with my general idea and the solutions suggested/requested by Etsy.
