Importing listings bug?

I imported all my listings from my shop but some of the posts can in double or triple. I went through and tried to manually delete the extras and will go back to review later because I'm sure I missed some. Do you think I should delete all of them and re import? I'm thinking the multiple postings may have occurred because I started deleting some listings that I didn't want wholesale before the import had completed but that is just a guess.

Hello Amy,

You should not get any duplicates. We are tracking which listings go with which wholesale products on our end. Clearly there is a bug. I will look into it and get back to you.

Feel free to continue managing / editing / deleting while I look into it.

Just to update: I went in and deleted all the listings and re-imported them. Worked fine the second time. I didn't touch anything while it was importing. :)

Hi,

Thanks for the update Amy. From our records it looks like you clicked the import button at least three times. That should work and should not create duplicate products. It duplicated products and we will fix that.

Thanks. I must have gotten over excited about being part of the wholesale program and double clicked!

However, I am now trying to import two new listing and they are not showing up.

Do I need more patience?

Oh never-mind, they show up on the last page. I assumed they would show up first page like on the regular etsy.

I assume moving products is coming in the near future.

I cannot import any products. When I go to the page under manage line sheet, i have the option to import listings but after putting the price percentage in, none of my listings actually show up

Attempting to import from my Etsy shop to wholesale. Only 15 listings show up as importable but I have around 80 listings.
