Etsy Vienna

Hello everyone! I appologise in advance for writing in English but I don't speak any German. I recently moved to Vienna and I want to have a legal bussiness here. Meaning to be able to take part in craft fairs or selling me jewelry to shops here in Vienna. I have no idea how the law works here, what kind of paperwork I need to do and how much is the monthly (or yearly) fee for having a bussiness here.
