I am wondering if anyone can help. I am new to Esty and my largest order to date did not arrive. I did not pay for tracking as it was over £6 and I charged £3 for postage. The Royal mail has said that I cannot claim as my items are jewellery and I can only claim through the tracking service. I have offered to remake and send the items to the customer but she has requested a refund. What do other people do in this situation?
My second problem is that I no longer seem to be able to sell jewellery on Etsy having these massive postage costs. I cannot possible charge customers £6 for postage and I cannot cover the cost myself. I was wondering how other people manage the price of postage.
