I'm currently trying to deal with a lady who says her payment has gone through twice. I have scoured my payment account and can't find a record of a second payment taken yet she has shown me her statement which clearly shows the payment has gone out twice. It is her first purchase on Etsy. I've stalled for time to ask any of you but obviously she is understandably thinking I am being awkward and starting to get a bit shirty with me... any quick advice?... Thank you! Mags x
