Dear Etsy UK sellers members/admins
I need your help ASAP on this cancellation/refund mistake about a Shipped order. I didn't mean to refund buyer as he already have received the item. I have already reach out to Etsy help but no avail and even tried calling them at US but again no success. Impose more than £400 on this cancellation mistake Etsy should not process this transaction but my bank account was already debited.
Please assist.
