white background photos

I've had white background photos for quite a while, but so does everyone else. I'm wondering if something else would make my products pop from the others in searches.
I was planning on spending the next few months and redesigning my photos as I sew up a new item and can (since I make the products after they sell), especially the old photos that don't use my new product labels.

I was thinking like a soft blue or maybe grey, or something. Something that would be the same throughout my entire shop.
Or should I stick with white, and brighten up the ones that look dull?

Re: white background photos

I like your pictures and they do not look dull at all so I would keep the white background.

Re: white background photos

I agree with Wendy - I would go ahead and try one or two just to see, but I think it would detract from the bright colors.

Re: white background photos

I was thinking just that, but I saw someone in searches that sells a similar product as me, and they had a solid color background and I thought to myself that it stood out. But I really like how white shows the true colors of the fabric choices.

Re: white background photos

Thanks. I took most of the year off and dropped all social media, so I'm trying to spend some time in my shop to get it working like it did before the break.

Re: white background photos

I agree the white background does suit your items. The items are so vibrant and colourful that the white background really makes the colours stand out. You could try photographing your items on a different textured background eg. White pebbles or White fabric to add a little difference in your background...
