I think my store is getting confused. Yes I have sales but that was mainly when I did felting . I had to stop after 2 prolapsed discs in my back so now I sew ,design and screen print which does not generate many sales . What direction do you think I should go in I have a few categories. I am getting very disillusioned . Any advice is greatly appreciated be brutally Honest Please!

I think the screen-printed baby clothes should be a big hit.!!

I've seen stuff in retail shops for twice the price and they seem to do well.

I think if you focus on that only you could likely open a store in the real world...

stuff like rubber ducks and goofy sayings on kids diaper shirts etc. People eat that stuff up.

I am the same as Studio52 right now. Can't buy anything cause I don't have any extra funds anymore. This economy is so sad with the price of gas and food these days. My shop is also very slow right now. Lets hope things pick up soon.

I love your pillows, and would buy one - maybe I will.

I think you need to work on the photos though. Maybe show the pillows on a couch, group them. Give it a warm homey feel.

The pics of the baby gear would be nice on a model. Borrow a baby from a friend, or buy a life size doll maybe.

I think your stuff is GREAT! I favorite-ed something from it the other day. The only reason I wouldn't buy is Studio52Ponoka's reason -- no $!! And because I tend not to buy much of anything besides food and essentials.

I think the only way to get way more sales is to list, relist, renew, make new things have more variety and just WORK it if that makes sense.

The more work I put into my shop the better it does.

And sometimes when you are looking at your stuff all the time it tends to get boring to you -- but remember that folks coming into your shop have not seen it before - so it looks perfectly fresh and wonderful to them!!

Oh my gosh I LOVE your shop! You have a great banner, I would totally buy something, and will if I can just make one request. Can you make some of your screen prints in kids sizes like girls size 7/8? May you can...I didn't check to see if you did custom orders. I'll go back and look right now :)

I would buy a baby creeper but my babies since have evolved into little sassy people.;0 I like the baby items and agree with steampunkfunk with the larger sizes. I had a baby line for a long time and it did awesome.

I also like the pillows and agree about showing a picture of one on a couch so people can get an idea of scale and how it may look on their couch.

Having three boys and seeing my dishtowels wipe up the floor (cringe), I don't think the dish towels and napkins seem like a practical use for your art - it deserves more respect and needs to be displayed. Wall hangings such as canvases with your gnome, owls and wonderland designs would be darling on wall in a kids' room.

I think they look fantastic, actually! I think the stuff your doing now just has a lot more people doing it; therefore, your customers have a lot of other people to choose from too.

Personally, I just don't really buy any of those things here on Etsy. I don't have kids, either, so the baby clothes would be out unless it was a gift or something. And pillows have to be really well explained, because I have bad allergies and asthma.

Really, the only thing I can think of is that there are more people doing it, because it looks lovely and I can't really see any other reason why, -- except this time of year is said not to generate many sales.
