I have a question about that "Buy it now" button.
Few days ago a potential customer messaged me with complain that she can not buy an item from my shop because there is no the "buy it now" button. Only "Add to cart" is possible. I didn't ask why does she can not use "Add to cart", that's not my business, but the question remains: why there is no the "Buy it now" button?
I looked at my shop from another account and everything seemed alright. I also looked at many other shops and everywhere was the "buy it now" button, except one shop from Turkey, but I was unable to find any significant difference, any serious reason for this.
We with that potential customer agreed to mark that item as "Reserved" and to look forward for any changes. But there are no changes today - the shop from Turkey (

Maybe some of you have some experience with such a problem? I would really appreciate your thoughts, opinions and suggestions!
