questions for bloggers

If one wanted to start a blog, what is some pointers to keep in mind and where does one start. :-)

I suggest Blogger, you can find it on the google page. I have a blog and have had a lot of views on Etsy from it.
There are so many great blogs out there. I also suggest looking at your fave shops and seeing if they have blogs. I found two of the blogs I read daily that way.

I post about whatever is going on in my life ATM, whether it's finishing up a piece of jewelry, working on my house (we're building ourselves) pics from the garden or some issue we artist types face pricing, design, copy rights, customer service etc.

I'm late for this weeks post, I try to post once a week on Tuesdays but I seem to be drifting towards the weekends lately :)

We blog but not professionally. We just write stories about our life and the ocean. Find something you love to write or else it will be work. The one rule that I do know is if you want to get an audience you have to be very consistent.
