please advise

Hi there, I have got an order of an item that comes in three sizes. The customer didn't indicate what size she had in mind. I contacted her twice but she didn't respond. In the last message I said that if I don't hear back about the size I'd have to assume she wanted the size shown on the photo. It has been three days since the order came. If I don't mail it today I'll have to wait till Monday.
Please, advise what would you do. Thanks!

Have you been contacting her via etsy convo of via an email address she provided upon purchasing the items? I used to try and etsy convo them and rarely got replies. Now I always email via their address first and have much better luck.

I contacted her through etsy convo. I thought she'd get it to her e-mail anyway. I'll try emailing her directly. Thank you!

Hi, Olga, I looked at your crown listing and see that you advise in the description that the buyer tell you what size they want.

Add available sizes as a drop-down menu so the buyer is forced to choose a size when checking out.
