no response from buyer

I have a listing for pinky promise necklaces with initial which allow buyer to specify the letter initial for each necklace. One buyer ordered it but forgot to add 2 letters in order note. I tried to contact her via etsy conv as well as her personal email. but so far 5 days past i did not get her reply. My process time is 3 days. How can i do with this order? I would be grateful for your advice.

I would give it at least a couple of weeks and then send another email.

Many people don't check their email every day.

And don't worry about your processing time. It starts when you have all the information to begin the order and nobody sees it other than yourself

I had this happen once with a custom order being sent to a different address as a Christmas gift. The gal had sent a few very prompt convos, then suddenly no answer with the final info I needed. Turns out she went out of town for a few days. When she returned, she gave me the needed update and had no problem with the holdup with shipping.
