How can i get a shop critique?

Hello everyone,
How do people get there shop critiqued? I would love for someone that has a really successful shop critique mine. I just don't know what I'm doing wrong. Since 2012 I only sold 3 piece of jewelry. I have tried playing with my prices to the point I Would of been losing money if I would of sold something to over charging because someone told me the reason I'm not getting sales is because my prices were so low that people probably thought my gemstones were fake. My most recent idea was to give free shipping. I'm starting to doubt my work. I just don't know what I'm doing so wrong and what I can do to change it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for reading

Try rephotographing with white background to give more focus of the product. Use a white sheet of paper or white card. Also sharper focus to show the details of the stones.
If you have photoshop or an editing programme try enhancing the photographs and increase colour vibrancy so they 'stand' out' when searched for.

The big way that your items get found in Etsy searches is by the tags you use with each item. One many items you aren't even using all 13, and many of them are one-word / not incredible helpful when you are using them. Work on your SEO. The jewelry market is HUGE on Etsy, so even with great tags/titles/SEO you're going to be competing with tons of people...with not-so-good, you'll rarely even get found.

Study. If you're not willing to put in time and effort into learning how to do well on Etsy, you won't. This is just a platform to sell things -- it isn't going to sell things for you.
