maybe they saw it and hearted it rather than actually clicked on the item if that makes sense :)

I ALWAYS wonder about that, like sometimes I'll get a sale for an item and try to look at stats to see how they found it, and it shows that it hasn't been viewed all week. and I'm like, "so the person bought it without looking at it?!"

Maybe they favorited it from their activity feed. That way they wouldn't have actually clicked on it.

Ya, I've had that happen with some of my items. Instead of viewing the whole listing they just click on the heart button.
