First of all, not all of your Etsy views originated on Etsy - google views only count google for the first view (when they click from google to your page); after that any clicking around to other listings, shop main page, etc. are etsy views.
Generally it's better to compare Etsy search views to google views.
Google is a long game. the SEO best practices are a bit different, but not much - mostly, you have to look at your listing descriptions to make sure they don't have blocks of repeated text, and do keyword research to make sure you're targeting phrases that people actually search but for which the competition is not too high.
After you've done those things, it's about backlinks. This is hard. I don't even try because I am out of time as it is, but someday I will have to start pursuing them.
