Sorry if this sounds newbie-dumb...trying to get into Google Analytics and Craftoplis but I don't understand how to set it up.
1. On the Google Analytics website, what does this mean:,
" Copy the following code, then paste it onto every page you want to track immediately before the closing </head> tag."
What's a closing<head>tag?
2. On the Craftopolis website, what does this mean:
"No matching analytics profile"
and
"(shop name) is not a valid user name"
I've tried both of my etsy shop names that Google Analytics asked for: (
http://www.etsy.com/shop name) and short name (www.etsy.com.shop-name) that Google Analytics asked for.
Any clues appreciated!
