Yes, I do. I think the word "spam" is used too much on Etsy even when it is not really a spam. Also, whoever calls this kind of email "spam" is normally a seller who doesn't send convo to confirm orders. Some of the customers don't even know "convos" exist and letting them know there is a way to contact the seller helps if something goes wrong. I had some orders got lost or took too long. Instead of them leaving bad feedbacks, they all contacted me first. I personally don't mind if I don't receive a convo after I order. However, there were several times I was wondering if the seller saw the message I wrote regarding the order, since I didn't receive any convos after I placed orders.
