Is there a way to know the source of a specific sale?

For example - using Google Analytics for Etsy? Let's say I have an affiliate, can I know how many sales the traffic he referred generated for me?

Since you don't have a shop, you won't be able to see the stats that are available.

But you could simply ask the customer how they found your shop.
