Hi all, I just purchased an international shipping label (through Etsy) and now the customer wants air mail. Can I cancel the shipping label through Etsy and redo it?
Go to your Shipping Labels page and look at what you've already purchased. NExt to each purchase, to the right, is a gear - click the gear, and there should be an option to Refund Postage Purchase.
