Not complaining, just looking to commiserate. I know summer is a slow time and I'm busy working other venues for sales as well, but it is a bit depressing to check my stats and see a big fat zero staring back at me. :-)
Well I wasn't shopping for views, but thanks guys! :-) From 0 to 29 in less than an hour. I assume I have my Etsy Success pals to thank. I feel better now.
I think I saw Etsy say something about changing some search protocols or something but when I clicked on the link it was a 404 message. How convenient. As of noon I had about 2. If I hadn't had a giveaway start today, it probably would have stayed that way.
I know something has been going on...big fat ZERO today for me too. Yesterday I was at 2 :( Guess I just have to make more stuff so I can fill up my shop!
Me too. But you make me feel better guys, I thought I was the only one, but I'm not. I know that I don't have many items in my shop, and have to work on it, but it's a bit difficult, with loads of other things to do and having a job as well.
I check my stats way too often. But when I get a zero, it makes me sad so-I play a little game with myself; I keep my stats set to monthly. Then, I always smile when I first open them up. When I'm done smiling at those gorgeous numbers, I go to my daily stats. Yes, I am fooling myself but it helps keep my spirits up ! :)
Thank you:) I really wasnt trying to get favorites, i had no sales for a long time not many views either so i thought maybe when all my listings expire i will close the shop. I am used to the idea now:)
Me too. I have had many consecutive days of 1 view or 0 views. I do get discouraged BUT then I see all the talented artisans on here with the same story and just know it has to be the fact that the weather is beautiful, kids are out of school - or some similar story. I know I am not able to get to my studio as much as I like for both of those reasons myself. Chin up!!!!
I'm in the zero club too! Although on the plus side slow times in the year are the best times to prepare for upcoming seasons, or trying something new?!? In my case I need to work on adding inventory!
