So, just curious how all of you are doing views wise. Post your average views per day (can be a rough estimate) and also let us know how long your shop has been in existence.

I've been selling since August this year, and my average, views wise, is about 30 per day. I do find that as time goes by, the views slowly increase.

What about you? :)

Re: Your average views

150 to 200 usually. I began listing in Jan of 2011 and really got serious in July.
Had a big increase from Thanksgiving to a week ago, but now they are down to less than 100

Re: Your average views

I consistently get about 40-50 views a day since I started listing items in October 2010 (I opened an account in 2009, but didn't use it for a while). my sales per views, tho, (which is what is most important) have increased greatly - when I started I was lucky to have a sale a month, this year I've averaged a sale a week (:
Im going to make & follow a business plan next year, so hopefully my sales per views will go up even more!

best of luck in 2012!

Re: Your average views

I'm averaging 30-100 per day depending on whether someone has retweeted my items. I'm curious, those of you averaging more than 200 per day are you using paid advertising?

Re: Your average views

I listed my first items the very end of June of this year and I'm now averaging about 70 to 100 views daily. Of course today is DEAD - only 5 views so far.

I'm more interested in HOW new visitors found me.

I think it's an individual thing some people get tons of views but few sales and some the other way around. . Sales excite me more than views but views keep me going when sales are slow.

Re: Your average views

I agree with Terri, views don't necessarily translate into sales. However, it's quite fun to see folks "passing" through and stop by the store. I am aiming for one view straight to sale. I usually take a peek once at the end of the day to see what's going on. Just to see if I am doing the right thing, relevancy wise. Then back to tweaking and learning.
