Wrong address

Can anyone help
Me out with this ? I have an order that won't let me make a label because it said there are invalid charaters in the address . I've tried 3 times to contact the buyer and no response , now it's over due . Any solutions would be appreciated

What email address are you using? Have you contacted the buyer in the email address they supplied when they paid?

Be sure to log/save your attempts to reach your customer. I have on occasion had to edit the address given so the characters fit the fields. You may want to try this.

Just delete or replace the offending characters. Generally I find this is the # sign (like Apt #2) - just replace it with Apt. No. 2.
