What to do with 'almost' guests/shoppers?

I had a guest asking me through a message she would like to order a calender from me. Asking me how to send the pictures. So I responded and now I don't hear anything from her anymore. It's been 24h. Should I reply her again or just wait for a number of days? I don't want to message her too soon but on the other hand this might be my first sell!

What do you do with this kind of guest's? Does it mostly go through or you don't hear anything?

Hi Suzanne,
I'd wait a little longer, I've had customers not respond for a week, in one case not even for 2 months if I remember correctly.
You will never be able to tell if the customer will make the last step until you finally get the sales notification.
Nonetheless all the best for 2017 and happy sales.
