What music do you listen to while you make?

Hi there!

When I’m creating, I need to listen to something that will motivate me to keep going. Whether I’m knitting, cross-stitching or baking, I’m always playing records to get myself in the right frame of mind.

Do you listen to music while you make? If so, what kind do you choose? Why do you listen to the songs or artists that you do? Do they amp you up and get you excited to take on the day? Do they drive you to create more? Do you prefer music that calms you when things are stressful? Does it help keep you focused? Do you listen to music that will entertain you when work feels monotonous? Do you like something with a good beat to dance to when you need a little break?

I like electronic music that helps me with the rythm. But some days I like to hear to Post Modern Jukebox and sing alone XD

I definitely listen to music when I work. Usually it's connected to the designs we are doing. But we always seem to end up listening to early Big Country, The Crossing and Skids, Absolute Game for something really edgy and full of energy.

This question makes me smile. I have a wide range of musical interests. I listen to TobyMac, and I listen to AC/DC. I listen to piano instrumentals, and I listen to Crowder. But I also listen to Owl City and a bit of Fleetwood Mac. When I am home alone - I crank it up and get my "create" on.

I listen to all kind of music. I love metal and all hard sounds, sometimes I like to listen classical music. Today in work I was listening nordic ambient Wardruna I create crystal pendants :D mayby for some Vikings :D

Hello,
I like different music styles. It depends from my inner state and what I am doing. When I am painting angels, I like Santo Domingo De Silos "Ave Maris", When my work is monotonous and I need more energy, I listen Scorpions, Nazareth... When I want relax i listen Jazz, Classic, Baroque music.
