What is your Etsy shop URL?

Does anyone know if we have a shorter URL link to our Etsy shops other than this?

I'm wondering because I'd like to include a shorter link on my new business cards. Thanks for your help!

You are better off buying a domain name and forwarding it to your etsy shop. That way if you ever close your shop your customers still know where to find you.

I agree that 1337art has a good idea to have your own domain. I bought my own domain www.wildinspirationart.com and I link my Etsy shop from one of the tabs. I use this as my main point of contact and seems to work well.

Those of you who have a domain, do you only point it to your etsy shop or do you have other information on your website? Just curious.

My only issue with QuirkyCabbage.etsy.com is that it brings them to the website and shows prices in dollars. So when I give my business cards to people I know they won't get the proper price, yet when i use the full URL it shows £.

I had http://openquotedesigns.com redirect to my Etsy shop, but I am now using that for my website, so it's http://openquotedesigns.etsy.com now. :)

I just tried both SpecialIndulgence.etsy.com and specialindulgence.etsy.com
Bingo! Got me right to our shop. :-)

Tried it 3 times and got the same page every time.

I clicked on www.wildinspirationart.com in your 2nd post, and was directed to a page that says:

"Sorry. The Squarespace account wildinspirationart is not available. If you are the Site Owner for this account please login above."

Shouldn't it have taken me to your site homepage? (I tried it 3 times, and even typed the address in a blank search box myself with the same result every time.)

The shop SpartickesDyes does not exist.
Clicking the blue link in the post header returns the same error message.

Maxine, you can use AnExpressionJewelry.etsy.com .

Also, whenever you copy/paste an url, you want to leave out the part starting with the question mark, so you get the clean, and shorter, link.
The part starting with the question mark is an Etsy reference to for instance the page you came from when you entered that page. It is simply code that is not necessary for your link.

Currencies will show up according to the settings of the person opening the link.
If they are not logged into Etsy, they will always see the default, which is US dollars. If they are logged in, their own settings will show.
In my case still US dollars, because that is what I chose. In your case UK pounds.
Your new customers will probably (only if they have/make an account and log into Etsy) get asked if they want to set their standard to their own currency (and language).
