What does your daily or weekly shop update look like?

I am trying to define a daily game plan for myself.
I try to post at least one new product a week (posting as fast as I can make, my shop is pretty bare right now)
I post on my blog two to three times and facebook page once or twice a week.
And I try to contribute to at least three community posts a day on Etsy.

But I want to have a more structured plan, what have you seen that works for you?
Thanks for helping a new kid out!

I think for you, since you don't yet have a page full, posting daily or every other day until you have your first page full is a great idea. I did this when I first opened. Then afterwards post new items weekly or whenever you have something new to list. I think having 2-3 pages at all times looks best in a shop.

Re: What does your daily or weekly shop update look like?

Nothing works for me, I have to wing it. I work full time outside the home and have a family to tend do. Whenever I get a spare moment, I decide what needs to be done the most and try to do it. If I have items to make, to list, to pack up and ship, it has to be done evenings and weekends or on those "coveted days off". I hope you find something that works for you!

Re: What does your daily or weekly shop update look like?

My game plan:
I use a ledger notebook with 8 columns. Each column represents a day.
Each day starts with logging on and answering business emails. My personal emails waits until after office hours.
Daily--------check emails, check for orders and customer messages to email.
Check facebook, twitter, and pinterest for new business, likes and
laughs.
List 5 new patterns or relist 5 on etsy.
As i list I also send it to facebook, twitter and pinterest.
Go to teams and forums, read posts, comment if needed. Try and
learn something new to help drive my business.
Weekly----Have business meeting with myself. Some place other than home.
Ideas for new blog topics, inventory, budget, plans for studio
expansion, go over last weeks meeting and add things that didn't
get done. Enjoy a fabulous meal on the boss. Tax deduction. Always keep meeting minutes. As a small business(LLC) it's part of the bennies. This year I plan to take a trip in August to the yard sale that goes from state to state on that one highway. It's all going to be tax deductible. \Almost everything I do I try to make it a tax right off. My grocery store is right next to dollar tree where I get my plastic bags, So I don't by them in bulk I buy them once a week just like I grocery shop. I try not to move my car if it's not a tax deduction. Anyway. That's some of what I do.

Re: What does your daily or weekly shop update look like?

My daily plan in a nutshell is basically

1) answer emails and other correspondence (and continue to do so throughout the day)
2) process orders
3) take care of the 'business end' of things
4) spend a few hours either creating or designing
5) package orders for shipment the following morning

I try to take photos of new items at least once each week and will set up all the drafts at once. Then the following day they will all be added to the shop.

When the supply orders arrive anything that needs to be renewed is done immediately and the special order items are shipped out the next day.
