What do you hope to achieve this year?

I really would like to get more things made and photographed to put in my store as well as make some sales with positive reviews. This would help me grow.

I have been trying to network more and I am excited I have been making more sales, and that is always nice. I have had feedback in the past that my photos are poor quality. Hope to learn more about taking better pictures. New to this Team, and excited to learn :)

My goal would be to have more sales but then again isn't that everybody's goal! lol I would love to have at least 2 sales a week so that I can at least see a turnaround. I'm also trying to fit in the time to list my other items that I have completed. My tumblers for friends and family are selling faster than on Etsy. Is there some way to add those sales to my Etsy sales? hehe I am also seeking distributors that will be cost effective so that I can expand to embellishing shoes, slippers, bathing suits, etc. The selling on Etsy is truly a learning experience.

My goals are to start planning two months ahead of holidays and have items ready to go rather than made to order. I would like to participate in one craft fair before the end of the year, not sure yet if my schedule will allow for it yet - I coach swimming and this is the busiest part of our season.

I closed my shop when it was at its most successful 2 years ago because of a condition called PMDD (pre-menstrual dysphoric disorder) in a nutshell it is like pms on steroids for at least 3 weeks every single month. Anyway! I am going through treatment and felt so much better that a couple of months ago I reopened.

So! my goal from that day to this, is to get my beloved Sewing Croft back to where it was and for me to keep fighting this condition. (sorry if that's too much info!!).

Well, I started to do this full-time recently, so now my goals are to get this ball really rolling. Now that 2017 is on the brink, I want to set in motion my plans for a leather jewelry and bags line.

I just seem to have a hard time getting the right audience to see my work online. I have no problems selling face-to face, but I'm missing the online advertising strategy. I'm on top of the SEO, tagging, and updating my shop and posting on social media sites like instagram, twitter, and Facebook. Yet I seem to get less and less exposure let alone sales. Any advice?

I just opened my shop at the end of October and I am very excited to be here on Etsy. My goal for the rest of 2016 (as it has been for several years prior when I had a brick and mortar shop) is to find a balance between the business side of the running a shop (marketing, promoting, social media, etc.) and creating. Too much of one and not enough of the other is not a productive use of time and energy. Finding the happy medium of balancing business and creating is always my goal!

Goals for 2016:

Improve Product Photography.
Review every listing individually and update where necessary.
Introduce 5 new items before the end of the year.
Reach 50 sales.

My goal was to restart my Etsy Shop. I took a class in my community to learn more about how to use Etsy. That was very helpful and I am now working towards using what I learned. There is quite a bit of work that goes into the process. Getting products made, listing the items, taking photos, and then being active in promoting through social media, etc. The Etsy class helped greatly to get me motivated and feel that I have a support system to keep going.

I would to finish the year with a constant flow of orders, I am really trying to price all my items a great low prices and move some of my inventory. I hope to close the year by reaching 725 items sold. I have sold 681 items thus far and I have had this shop since, June 2013.

Optimize all listings for SEO and descriptions. They were sooooo bad just a few days ago! Marmalead and EtsyRank have been my friends.

Develop a fun, magnetic newsletter and email list.

Have more knitting patterns available for tarot pieces.

Some of these will obviously go into next year. Much success all!
