What am I doing wrong?

I am feeling VERY frustrated lately with Etsy. My views (and sales) have tanked the past 5 or so weeks. My views are down to about 1/3 or so to what they had consistently been. I've been working my tail off the past week to get a lot of new listings and working on my SEO with no real help to my stats. All of my new listings all have less than 8 views, some even still 0 after a few days, where before I'd have 20 views in the first couple days.

Has Etsy made any new changes besides the stuff they announced at the Town Hall? I can't imagine THAT many people left Etsy to make my views and sales nose dive that much.

Any advice and/or help would be so very much appreciated!

I feel the same and definitely think something about search has changed. I would love to know the answer to your question. I'll keep watching this post. -K

I feel the same thing.

I used to believe that the best tip is "Add more items"

But.....The more items I added, the last view I had...

(I added 15-25 items/day)

I was just on the Etsy Seo and relevancy team and I learned that Etsy app stats are not being accounted for and maybe that is a major decrease in views. There are some interesting posts about becoming more relevant, you might want to check it out.

If you request to be a member of Etsy relevancy seo and stats team you will find so much info your head will spin around :)

I'm feeling exactly the same. It started about 5 weeks ago. I had a steady 40-60 views a day to maybe 10? Its been so frustrating! I have added listings and I'm lucky if I get a single view on them. No views = no sales. I'd really like to know what happened.

I wish I could be in your shoes right now, I'm so swamped I don't see the light at the end of my tunnel, I would like to be able to get up in the morning get my cup of coffee and ask my little 2 year old what should we do today, but that's not the case. not complaining,!! but be thankful your not in my shoes, pss maybe you could skip right on over to my place and help me since your not busy lol
