I wouldn't think so. Changing tags and titles (improving them) helps people find you when they are searching for an item like yours. Renewing helps a TEEENY bit but recency is not a very important thing these days- relevancy is king.
Changing prices won't change any of the ways people search for you. It will just give a different idea what your product is worth. (I haven't looked at your shop at all, but under pricing tends to attract bargain/junk hunters while higher prices will attract people that are more art conscious.)
