Re: Website help...

You need many, many more pictures. No one is going to go any further than the front page if they haven't seen some of your work (which is beautiful btw).

Yes I agree with pictures. You could have a "what's new" slideshow, featured item categories, etc. Looks good so far. You might want to change the font color because it's very similar to the grey in your background image making it a little hard to read.

Re: Website help...

As a draft it looks ok! However, you do need photos on the front page, otherwise I'd have no idea what you were selling me.

I like websites to be white and simple, but thats just personal taste, I personally feel that they look more professional and the images usually look clearer.

From your store name I'd have expected to see pinks and reds and like 1337art said, the colour needs to be changed! The grey font would look fab on white as well.

Take a look at my site and let me know what you think;

Re: Website help...

I don't think it has to be white. You can do a clean portfolio in black and the design is simple enough. I agree with more photos. For me the thing I'm more picky about is the font choice seems off. It reminds me of things I see on YA sites so I did not realize what you were about right away.

Other thing is I suggest you take the comment boxes off pages they don't apply too. I design on wordpress a lot and it gets lots of spam comments which is annoying. Plus it seems too informal on things like gallery.
