Weather delays

I'm in eastern NC and last week, starting around Tuesday, we got the last of the ice/snow storms that came through. I shipped out 3 packages on Wednesday and the first of them the customer just messaged me saying she didn't have her package and there were no updates, so she was wondering if it was shipped. I explained the storm and possible delay, but is there any other way for me to find out where it is and how much longer it will take to get to her? I called the tracking number but it said the same thing.

You can check the USPS website to see what the tracking there says, but with all the storms on the eastern side of the country things will be moving much slower than normal.

Packages shipped out on Wednesday last via USPS 1st class are generally expected to be delivered between 2 and 7 business days (by USPS standards) so if they aren't delivered by Monday 24th then I would start to be concerned.
