Unable to Forward Package - Needing Advice

Hi everyone! Looking for some advice! I received a package back with UTF - unable to forward - written on the front about a month after I shipped the item. I have contacted the buyer asking for an updated address as the address they gave me is not valid. It has been almost a week and I still have not heard back. What is your advice in this situation and what would you do? Do you keep the items and re-list in your shop? do you refund the price of the item? not sure what step to take.

May be give it a few more days? Since it's a holiday season, some people might not be checking their emails. Hopefully she'll reply soon.

I agree, maybe give them another week or two and then refund the item if still no response?

I usually give the customer a couple of weeks to get back to me especially if they are 1) new to Etsy or 2) its the middle of holidays

Many people don't check their email every day
