USPS shipping address confirmation issues

For the past couple of days, when I go to print out my shipping labels through Etsy, it says all of my shipping address could not be confirmed by USPS. When I look at the orders on my phone, it says that the addresses are confirmed, so I know its just some kind of error. Has anyone else had this issue or is it just something weird going on with my computer?

I've only gotten that when I'm shipping to another country. I do think Etsy has had some issues yesterday - I had some weird things go on, but not that.
