Tips for Getting Featured on Etsy

Hi everyone!
One question I often hear from sellers on our Etsy Success social media channels and elsewhere is, "How can I get featured?”

Though the selection process differs by channel (whether you're hoping to be featured in an Etsy Finds email, the Seller Handbook, one of Etsy's social media channels, or elsewhere), there are common qualities that Etsy editors and merchandisers look for when choosing products and shops to highlight. There are so many incredible products and shops on Etsy, that we can't showcase them all, but we've put together a few tips will give your shop a better chance of getting featured. I'm new to Etsy, after re-opening my shop. I'm retired now, and prepared to spend more time on it. I've been getting some help from my Quoran friends. That community has so many members with diverse backgrounds, I'm grateful to have their help.

Watching featured shops is very inspirational and every seller could compare them with his/her shop's look and based on examples making some changes, of course. I have many wonderful small fave shops. Once suddenly one of them was featured! I was so proud of this because it reflects my taste. :)

I would love to be featured once my shop is ready. It is open, but I am still trying to up my inventory and create even more products for various categories. So hopefully within the next few months, as I am a definite work-a-holic..lol, ill have enough items to feel more comfortable about hopefully getting featured.
