Tips for Getting Featured on Etsy

Hi everyone!
One question I often hear from sellers on our Etsy Success social media channels and elsewhere is, "How can I get featured?”

Though the selection process differs by channel (whether you're hoping to be featured in an Etsy Finds email, the Seller Handbook, one of Etsy's social media channels, or elsewhere), there are common qualities that Etsy editors and merchandisers look for when choosing products and shops to highlight. There are so many incredible products and shops on Etsy, that we can't showcase them all, but we've put together a few tips will give your shop a better chance of getting featured. Keri, nobody will contact you about a feature. Read the blog and subscribe to the etsy finds emails. That's what I've done to find my work featured. Also, check etsy's social media.. they feature items on their Facebook page, instagram, and Twitter.

I was fortunate to be featured on one of the Seller Handbook-Photography article in May. It was a great exposure

I got picked from one of the forums about photography. So, I would say stay active on the forums. I also noticed that shops with clean, white or light colored backgrounds with clear simple set ups are most likely to be featured. Good luck to all !

Hello thank you very much for sharing the link!

I definitely know that I need to upload more items. I have produced already much but just don´t have the time to take good photographs of it.. This is really annoying.. Because I am fulltime working in an office and I just have the evenings and saturday + sunday. But I hope I will soon have everything online.
So until now I havven´t been featured and I off yourse understand why not. :D
So I will work on it! :)
