The "Why?" of blogging

I am taking an incredibly inspiring and thought-provoking e-course on blogging right now (called How to Buiild a Blog you Truly Love), and yesterday was the first post of the course. Liv, the facilitator, hit us right off the bat with "Why do you blog?" Uhhhhhh.... It reminded me of the video Daniellexo posted in the May 10 reading list, The Single Most Important Factor of Your Business, which encourages us to get at our real reasons for running our businesses. Which for me was another uhhhhhhhh moment.

Anyway, the e-course has got me to thinking about why I blog, and since I've seen a lot of posts here regarding blogging - getting into blogging, how to start, is it worth blogging?, what do I write about? - I thought I'd post my reasons for blogging here. Hopefully they'll be useful to someone :-)

Great post thanks! I am thinking about taking that e-course in the future, it looked awesome I just haven't had the time in the past couple of months.

I definitely recommend it. I think it's going to be good for both blogging and shop-tending. So glad you enjoyed the post :-)
