I see a lot of threads about how etsy can improve, but few that recognize some things that have gone right.
Last year I was very concerned about handling continued growth, especially around the holidays, since I sell ornaments.
1. Printing packing slips was important to me, because it allowed me to personally thank the buyer, add a note about copyright issues, shipping refunds, etc. and also because it is required for international orders. The new customizable packing slips are great. I can add my own notes and fit an order of 3 or less items on a half sheet of paper. And best of all I can bulk print them!
2. I love the bulk printing of shipping labels, also! These two Etsy improvements really streamlined shipping for me and allowed me to handle many more orders than last year.
3. I was very pleased with the number of wholesale orders I received through Etsy Wholesale. Thank you for bringing in the customers!!

What do you appreciate about etsy? and have you noticed improvements?

I just simply appreciate the platform Etsy provided that make me selling handmade items possible.
If there is no Etsy, there was no way I could ever have started my little business with a newborn and a full time job.

all of the above plus the integration of paypal into the DC account. Less work for me to do now that i don´t have to switch from one account to the other when checking the income of the money

I am grateful that they still don't charge us for Google product Listing ads. I don't know what I will do if they ever start charging for those. I think it brings a lot of customers to Etsy who wouldn't have otherwise searched here, I've made many sales to people who made accounts that day, so they can buy my item.
