I'm taking a poll -

Do you like to be notified if you've been featured in a treasury list?

When I create a treasury I like to notify all those featured as I like to be notified when I am featured in order to say thank you and comment on it. It's difficult when you are a part of so many circles and are busy creating to check the activity feed, in my opinion. And I really do like to know when I've been featured. It's encouraging to know what people are responding to. In addition, I always write something like "treasury" in the subject line, when sending a treasury notification, so sellers know whether it's from a customer or not.

I like being notified in case I miss it in my feed. I like to promote and favourite them. :)

I greatly like knowing that I was featured, and always take the extra mouse-click to tell shops I feature as well. It's so easy with Shmetsy.

I remember one day I had about 4 notifications that I was in a treasury. After looking through my feed, there were about a dozen more that I didn't know about! I promote everything I'm featured in, but it's hard to do that if I don't know about it.

I like being notified by convo/email. I can go days without checking my activity feed now that I've hit a busy season.

In my other shop thats vintage, It seems the only convos I get are for treasury notifications or asking to lower a price LOL so that can be a little annoying, but overall I appreciate it!

It doesn't matter to me either way. I'm just appreciative that I was included so it would be silly to get mad over receiving a convo from the curator. People can just delete them. They don't have to respond.

I understand the initial excitement of thinking the convo might be an inquiry regarding a sale only to find that it's a treasury notification, and then becoming disappointed but there's really no rational reason to be upset over receiving a notification via convo.

To be honest I check if I am involved in a treasury through my activity feed. I get really excited when I have a message on etsy and when I discover it is a person who created and featured me in a treasury, although I am very thankful, and not a potential customer, my heart sinks. lol
