Summer Goals!

Last week I broke up from college for the summer and now have 3 months off, (i have a part time job as a waitress and will be doing that 3/4 days a week) and I want to take advantage of the time I have in this summer to make my shop fantastic and full.

So here are my goals:
1. List/Renew at LEAST one item a day (not always easy when you're at college 4 days a week and work the other 3!)
2. Do all my christmas/new year designs and try out what new products I will make for christmas.
3.Tweak my shop and do a couple of shop crits to get me on track.

I have put them up here because it makes them concrete and now as you have all been witness to my summer goals i will do them!

I think your goals are great Maddie. Selling (and then relisting), renewing and listing new items every day have really made a difference for my shop.
Maybe this summer you can create a bunch of items and new DRAFT listings - so you have something you can list on those days that you only have 1 minute to check into etsy. It just feels so GOOD to have a bunch of draft listings sitting there waiting for you.

I just need to paint as many ornaments as I can this summer - the Christmas season will be here before I know it. The secret is trying to figure out which of my ornaments will be the most popular this year. I had several last year that I could not keep in stock (and just did not have enough time to make more).

well i´m going on vacation next week so i will take loadsof things to make with me and see how much i can accomplish lying next to the pool relaxing. other than that my summer goals are:
- work hard on my diploma thesis (a real life goal and it´s priority as i want to get it done badly)
- make it to the 75 listings that are my year goal (after all the sales in the last 2 weeks i need to restock
- start working on christmas items (i have seen so many nice things on pinterest i want to try out)
- sell as much as possible (i would finally like to sell some of the new things i introduced in the last 2 months) as i want to save some money for a new sell phone
i´m pretty sure more goals will pop up during the summer

I have a bad supply buying addiction. My goal for the summer is to get all the cool supplies turned into cool items and get them listed. Reasonably this will probably take about two years. But you know, a girl has to have a goal!

My summer goal is basically:

-continue working to add more items to my shop
-hone my signature branding/packaging
-design new purse (this will give me new section, but first, this new design will be my own purse as a marketing point to draw in traffic)
-continue tweaking my shop policy

My shop policy, I've come a long way but I feel like I'm nearly there with the final version (that is until something needs to be added). I am especially excited about the new purse I am designing for myself, even it is in the testing phases.

I've worked out my list of items I need to make for Christmas and Halloween, so my next goal is sketching them out - which I hope to have done by July 1st, so I can list them all through July.
I'm also re-branding...sorta...so I will need to work a lot on fixing up my shop to get it cohesive.
I also want to get my kickstart project started in August - so I need to finish my proposal!

My summer goals are:

*To reach 100 listings again
* To list some more vintage items and a wider range of items (something I have started doing, I have just listed a beret and some vintage prints)
*To sell at some more craft fairs this summer (I have just booked 2 ! )
*To rephotograph some of my listings to make my shop look more cohesive and to make my photographs better
