As part of back to basics month, we’re shining the spotlight on this important area in your shop and we’re here to help! A few of us from the Seller Ed team will be in and out of this thread critiquing shop policies and we’d love your help. I have written and rewritten my polices as I think of things to add or change or when I see an idea that I think is good that someone else has implemented.

Now I'm worried that it's too much. I'd love for some feedback on my policies!
