I noticed several things that you may want to consider. Think about what you would want to know before you bought something online. Your policies should answer as many of your customers' questions as possible. They can also protect you in case someone files a complaint with Etsy.
Payment: How do you accept credit cards? If it's direct checkout, then say that. I noticed you have a 'reserved' listing in your shop, how long will you hold a reserved item for? Will you accept special orders? If so, will payment be due all up-front or upon completion? Will you require a refundable/non-refundable deposit?
Shipping: Are you shipping first class, priority, or parcel post? Can the customer request a shipping upgrade? Will you combine shipping costs? Will you be waiting for payment to clear before shipment? When will you ship items- is it daily or on particular days? Will you be sending a shipping notification? Will you ship internationally? If so, who is responsible for any additional customs charges and fees?
Refunds: How long does your customer have to contact you with a problem? What if the item breaks or gets lost in the mail? (Since your items are particularly fragile, you may want to provide your customers more information so that they feel secure making a purchase from your shop.)
Other: Are your items ready to ship or made to order? How should they care for their items- can they be washed? How? What other sevices do you offer to your customers? Will you accept special orders? If so, how long might a customer expect their order to take? What if the item is a gift- will you ship it directly to the recipient? Will you offer gift wrap and/or enclose a note? What if your customer is unhappy- should they contact you before leaving feedback?
I hope that this helps you without being overwhelming. Good luck!
