I have a problem with my shipping costs that I don't know how to solve. I sell prints and depending on how many people buy, the shipping costs are widely different.
My standard shipping costs are calculated for packages under 100g, which means 1 or 2 prints, sometimes 3 at most if the paper is thin. For orders of 3 prints and more, the shipping costs increase drastically. My problem is that if I use the "with another item" box and enter an amount that would make the costs correct for a purchase of 3 prints or more, the shipping costs are greatly over-evaluated for a 2 prints order and I am worried that it may deter customers, even though I always refund the difference.
Furthermore, my upgrade options are calculated for 100 g packages and the cost of the upgrade for a 250g package (more than 3 prints) are triple that amount.
Does anyone have a suggestion ?
