I am screen shooting some photos on my phone to help customer's find out exactly how to order when they are on the Etsy app. I signed out and am in my own shop. All of my listings are linked up to my shipping profile to upgrade their order, but it is not showing up on my Etsy app.
Has anyone else has this problem? Or should I just go straight to Etsy ?
