Select Size Option at checkout?!

If you look at the following shop:

you will see above the "add to cart" button, the ability to select the size you want.

How did I miss this? I don't see the ability to do this in my shop, so how in the world is this shop able to do it? I need this because currently the customer has to put the size in the comments section.

I just saw this today and email the shop owner. So cool. I only have a couple things that it will apply to but LOVE it!
