Sales are slow!

One simple thing you can do is use one of your products as your profile picture so people are more inclined to click and go to your shop to see more..

What are you doing to bring in customers?
Etsy is 'only' a selling platform and it is our job to bring in our own customers, through marketing and promoting.

Making good use of keywords is also very important, but it looks like you've covered that well.

What are you doing to bring people to your shop?

Etsy provides you with the store front but you have to remember that you are but one store in over 1 million shops so you have to actively bring in your traffic.

I would change titles and tags. I noticed most of your towels have same tags and your hand towels start with "Embroideried hand towel…" You want to give titles and tags variation. Also, there are some good words you used for tags but didn't include in the titles.

Another thing I noticed is comma in the title. I am not sure Etsy works the same way as Google, but you need to have space AFTER the comma to show up in correct search. Some of your titles don't have space or have space before comma but not after.

The last thing I noticed is the pictures. I would omit all the decoration from pictures. For example, this listing: https://www.etsy.com/listing/168017320/embroideried-hand-towelcream-gift-towel?ref=shop_home_active
The first thing I saw was the dogs, not the towel.
