New feedback system

Do you have any success with the new feedback system ? I used to have a fairly regular stream of feedback coming in for both my shops but since they've changed the system, I've barely had a few.

it might be perception but for me it stayed the same, i do get about 1/3 feedback

Mine is nearly half over all.
In all three shops, but I don't go fishing for fb I allow the process to evolve. Hoping that etsy figures out what will work for us all. And yet, the fb system is borrowed from the first stages of ebay.

I don't even follow-up on my Amazon fb when I receive an email.

For me it's definitely down, don't understand why.

I've had a lot more personal convo messages with people wanting to leave feedback when their item arrives but not being able to yet. Think then often the moment has been lost then.

My feedback has gone up A LOT with the new system. I'm not quite sure why but I hardly got any feedback before and now it's much better, although not out of this world.

Since the new Feedback system I have received ) feedback!
I do get great compliments via e mail & convo but nothing within the FB system.
