Question about lowering shipping for a customer...

I have a customer that I agreed to lower shipping for her. How do I do that withouth offereing it to every customer? This is special because the cost is a few dollars lower due to her living so close to me. I am lowering the shipping from $10.50 to $6.00...

You could simply refund the difference ($4.50) after every purchase she makes, and then you don´t have to change any of your shipping prices.

if it's one of a kind - you don't have multiples of it - you could reserve the item for your friend & change the shipping for this one item. then she can buy it and the price will be correct!
