Quantity vs. variety, which is better?

Hi! Was wondering if anyone could give me advice? I was wondering what is more important when it comes to physical items we sell, having more different styles or quantity of specific one? I wanted to know which looks more professional. Will people buy more if there is more than 1 in quantity for a specific listing or just having a variety of styles , but not have a lot in quantity. I got to pick one or the other. I'm not sure which would be the best route. It takes me a while to crochet my gloves especially now that I'm a mommy 😊 , but besides that I'm a "one man show." I go at a turtle pace to finish my items lol

IMO a variety is of items is better than having more of one item. I also think having one of a listing gives a certain amount of urgency to the prospective buyer.

Different styles helps I think!

I do a few different sizes of stickers and it really helped boost sales because it gives more options :)
